This is Dylan at 10 weeks- time has been flying by and he is growing like a weed!  I love his big blue eyes and his sweet kissy lips!!

The night of the 4th the fireworks were so loud, now that everyone can do the big ones, we got Ellie out of bed to watch them and eat popcorn!

Counting our Blessings

Tom blessed Dylan on July 3, it was a special day for us spent with good friends and family.  Dylan got to wear the same blessing outfit that Tom was blessed in.

I was so mad that the picture below came out blurry!  In it with us is Brother Maughan- I served with him and his wife on my mission.  They were a big part of my mission and I love them so much.  So needless to say we were thrilled that Brother Maughan could be with us and be a part of Dylans blessing.
 Aunt Mary
 BK & Kelli
 The Proctors
 Grandma Paula & Grandpa Greg
Some good friends the Boyakins & the Coombs came and also were a part of the blessing.
Dylan and some of his "teenage" cousins.  They love him and are so good with him.
The Kershaw family- came from Vegas and spent the weekend with us.
 Grammy and Poppy
Dylan and his cousin Owen- they are only 6 weeks apart.

Summer Daze

So I cant believe summer is already half over.... here are some of our highlights so far.

Ellie is VERY independent and likes to do things herself... which includes feeding herself.  Every once in a while she actually gets something in her mouth!
Gotta love jumping on the wet tramp, playing in the sprinklers- some of my favorite things to do back in the day.

Fathers Day!!
My kids have a real reason to celebrate since they have the best dad ever!  Tom looking good in proud daddy shirt.
Dylans gift for his dad to wear when he is blessed!
Hoggle Zoo for Zoes 3rd birthday
Ellie and her cousin Alex
Riding the train with Grandpa
This is what Ellie did the whole time at the zoo- run!  Keeping up with her has proven to be quite the challenge!  She has so much fun with Zoe!
Yee-haw!  We have been to a couple rodeos this summer.  We went to the Lehi rodeo with the kids and Kasey (my niece).  Then we went to the Oakley rodeo with Mike and Erin.  Good excuse to dust off the ol' cowgirl hat.

We got to have Kasey stay with us for a couple of weeks.  It was so fun having her around... and helpful too!  We had a sewing day when we made some fabric flowers for Grandma.   We had a fun day with Greg & Will- making pizza & root beer floats.  Decorating our driveway with sidewalk chalk.

Late night fireworks at the park.  Ellie was trying to smell the fireworks like they were flowers.... pretty cute.

St George

We had a much needed trip away to St. George.  Tom has been working a lot so it was awesome to have him to ourselves for a couple of days.  My sister Jaime and her girls came up from Vegas to meet Dylan.  Good times.
