Good times.....

My favorite thing about summer is doing things outside... mostly for free! We got out a lot (for us) in the last week. We went up to Bridal Veil Falls with Kim, Tony, Zoe, Michael, Austin and Alex. It was really crowded, but so nice to be in the canyon- and away from the heat. My favorite part was when Alex was cracking Ellie up. She loves kids, they can always make her laugh harder then me no matter how hard I try... and believe me I try.

We heart Jack Johnson!!!! Jaime and Matt came in town for the show. We struggled getting there.... but once we made it there we had a great time. It was really the first time away from Ellie while doing something fun, usually when I have a babysitter its to work or dentist or something less then thrilling. It was especially fun to be hanging out with my sissy!

Happy Birthday Mom!!! We went up AF Canyon to celebrate my Moms 30th birthday.... Again! Ellie was doing great until all the kids blew their horns, then not so happy!

We went up to Sundance Resort with Kim, Tony & Zizzle. I have to admit I was nervous about taking Ellie on the ski lift, but we strapped her to Tom and we had a great time.

** Isn't funny how you will post unattractive pictures of yourself... as long as your baby looks cute?!

Family time.....

Long & Skinny (Hmm I wonder who she gets that from? Not her mommy!!!)

Its crazy how fast time goes by..... Ellie is 6 months old!!! She is all the sudden doing so many new things: rolling around, sitting up, eating big girl food (and loving it). She is such a good good baby. She is so happy & sleeps really good. Today we had her 6 month check up and the conclusion: LONG & SKINNY. She weighs in at 15.81 lbs (46%), and measures 27.5 In long (96%). We cant imagine our lives with out her cute little chubby checks!

Seattle Trip

We just got back from a Proctor family vacation to Seattle!We had a great time and really did a lot of fun stuff in only 4 days:

Ellie had her first airplane ride.... she was really good!

And also entertaining!!

We rode the ferry several times into Seattle- her first boat ride.

We got lucky and scored FREE tickets for the entire family to a Mariners game.

Tom, Ellie and I and were given tickets on the 4th row,

right behind the Yankees dugout. He-llo Alex!!!

The game went late, and Ellie stayed awake the entire time and was so happy!

After several failed attempts we finally got to see Lisa! (My most favorite mission companion) This was her first time meeting Ellie, Thanks for not giving up on us Lisa!

We jumped off stuff..... by we I mean the boys!

We spent a day in downtown Seattle @ Pikes Market

We rented a great house on the beach & had a fire one night to roast marshmallows..... my favorite!

The highlight and real reason for the trip....... Ellie finally got to meet her Great Grandma & Grandpa Proctor.

And of course lots and lots of family pictures......

All in all it was a great trip, but its always good to be home!!!!

Ellies 3 Month Pictures

A friend from our ward took some pictures for us a few weeks ago. I have been meaning to put some of our favorites up on here. So enjoy......

Tony got baptized!!!

We had such a neat experience recently(April 24) to see our brother in law Tony get baptized.

It was so awesome to see how happy their family was on this awesome day. Its been a long time since I have been to a convert baptism and I forgot what a sweet spirit is there when someone makes the decision to change their lives and follow the example of our Savior. It was also so cool to see how many people came out to show them support, tons of people from their ward, friends, and lots and lots of family!

It was a great program, Kim and Tony's dad gave talks and some kids from our sunday school class Savanah and Chris came and sang a beautiful song. Then Tony was baptized by Steve (Toms dad).

The next day Tom confirmed Tony at their ward sacrament meeting. He gave him a great blessing as well. Tony was just beaming both days, and still is. We are so happy for him!!
